We have no idea about the void century but presumably we will know about it very soon. As of now, Oda Senpai has only fully described one ancient weapon i.e. the Poseidon.
Poseidon :
Poseidon was revealed to us in the Sky Island, when Robin read the poneglyph inscribed by the people of the void century, Later in the fish man island, we get the information that poseidon is a living creature. The mermaid princess of the void century is said to have the power to control the sea kings and hence she was said to be the poseidon. In the similar way princess Shirahoshi showed her power after Hordy and Luffy's fight, when the ship made by their ancestors was falling upon the fish-man island. Her sheer will to save her people from the Noah descendingly falling upon them helped her realise her power and therby she was able to call upon the sea kings, she still cannot control the power(most probably).
In fact Shirahoshi is so is so much capable that she has the power to destroy any island on the surface using the power of the sea kings.
Pluton:
Pluton is said to be the weapon of mass destruction that was designed and constructed in the Water 7 during the void century. The world government considered pluton to be such a big threat that the world government banned the research on poneglyph. Pluton, unlike poseidon is said to be an object and is said to be hidden in the royal tomb of Alabasta. The blue prints of pluton are said to be passed from centuries to the shipwrights. It was said to be passed down to Tom and then the mayor of Water 7 Ice Berg and then to Cutty Flam (Franky), the current ship wright of the straw hats.
Only Robin is the person who got to read the whereabouts of Pluton in Alabasta.
As for me I always considered the weapons designed in the thousand sunny go to be that of Pluton's design. Maybe pirate ship - Thousand Sunny Go is a mini Pluton. Franky burned the blue print but for some reason my intuition says he knows the design and will make it with help of few ship wrights when the time comes.
It is said that the pluton can destroy islands.

Does the pluton run based on Enel's devil fruit only.
Well, these are all assumptions. In the end, Oda might suprise us with something else.
Uranus:
Currently as of now we have no idea about this weapon.
The Zou arc and Marine ford arc are one of my favourite arcs,
In the Zou arc, we have seen the great elephant (Zunesha). We have no idea whether the Zunisha is a Sea king, or its race how it existed or is it somehow related to Kraken etc.
We do know that the elephant is cursed and that its existence is unknown, it was said to walk on 1000 years ago i.e. even before the void century. Who cursed Zunisha? was it the mermaid princess, or is Uranus a person? Is uranus a person who had the ability to order Zunisha. Are there anymore elephants as these?
We even noticed that Momonosuke, Oden, Gold Roger and even Luffy could feel peculiarly different when they are on Zunisha. Is Zunisha staring them?Why do they feel so different on Zunisha?
All of them could hear Zunisha, but only one could command Zunisha to do anything. that's right Momonosuke. Can Momonosuke be the Uranus?
These are the few Theories that i felt could be true.
There is a possibility of a 4th weapon, but as of now these are the only names we know
luffy was able to listen to both the sea kings as well as Zunisha, so could the D mean something but we did not see Law reacting upon the Zunisha. Could Law hear the Zunisha?
It is a big question.
if Law could not hear Zunisha could we deem Luffy to be another weapon? Maybe or may not be.
